Doctors here practice unanesthetized puppy tail docking. No numbing- just a snip, a loud horrible scream from the puppy, pay some blood money at reception, and you're all set. I witnessed this myself. It was not an emergency or necessary. It was planned between the doctor and the people who owned the poor dog. The doctor's defense: "If I hadn't done it someone else would have." Call around, nobody else in the area is disgusting enough to do this. You people are despicable.

Not helpful or professional when issues arise. I was willing to bring my dog back in to discuss different options but instead they communicated over the phone and without any solid plan. I was also previously warned during a visit with the vet about stopping his meds if over two weeks time he would need to be tapered off. Then later they changed their mind and insisted it was fine and he could stop cold turkey. My dog is having trouble adjusting as is , why would I do that ? Started bringing my kitty here for her congestion issues. The staff has always been very kind and nice. They remembered my kitty over the phone without even asking for my name and made room for her to have a drop-off appointment next day when I was extremely concerned about something and asked for an ASAP appointment. The staff has kept me updated over the phone whenever she has been there for a drop-off.
