My experience here at the breast cancer center my appointment was at 11am, I didn’t get seen until 1pm. When finally got my exam done I was sat in a room with other women; as I’m sitting there I could here the same lady that gave me the exam talk on the phone giving whom ever my name date of birth out loud as the conversation went on I guess whom ever she was speaking with had something in my record wrong; after she got off the phone the same lady stated I’m not fixing anything on her chart until I get good and ready; at tha... read more
I’ve being going there for over 15 years.everyone has always been so nice caring
First of all the ONLY reason I go to any Ascension Hospital any more is my long time, favorite physicians are still there. Their portals stink. They change a lot and are just awful. I understand the staff issues everyone has but I’ve been trying to set up and check on appointments I need finally have up on the portal for mammogram appointment and called the hospital. I followed the prompt to “cancel or schedule an appointment” FIVE TIMES and when I hit te right number FIVE times and got l”this number is not answering”. I fin... read more
Very disappointed in the service I received today at St.Thomas Brest Center today October 13 , The lady working the front desk when you go in was Rude! Cold! And Condescending and very Abrupt!!! She made me feel like I did something wrong because I did not do registration on my cell phone before my appointment!! Well what is her job? Why am I doing her job ..
