West Sac fire rescued my 11 month old and I from an elevator today after our building lost power and we became trapped inside. The button in the elevator didn’t respond. Thank god I had my phone (and reception). From the time I made the call to the time they were able to open the door and get us out, it was only a total of 16 minutes.
