Called West Roofing to get a quote the next day. Lady said she d have the roofer get in touch to schedule it. Didn t hear from anyone that day. I called back at 9 AM to see about scheduling, no one answered so I left a message. Received a call back at 1:30 trying to schedule for 5 PM that evening. I had already gone with a different company because I thought they weren t going to call back. I have no direct experience with their roofing, but they aren t very good with communication / follow up, I know that.
