West Rocks Shell/Norwalk CT was very easy and friendly to work with in getting a quote, setting up an appointment and having them replace my front brake pads at a more reasonable price than any dealership.
The guys at West Rocks consistently provide excellent service! I won't take my cars anywhere else. Very trustworthy and always take care of my children and me. They have answered more than one panicked phonecall and always provide top notch service with a full explanation of the charges. They always try to give me a low cost option as well which is very much appreciated. Best service station around!

The guys over at West Rocks Shell took excellent care of my car. I had an emergency situation with my oil pan on my 2018 BMW X5 35i and they gave me a solution that saved me thousands of dollars. They also work extremely quick from when I dropped my car off I was back picking it up within 2-3 hours. Excellent work and would recommend everyone to their shop! Very honest and hardworking people. I will be back for any work needed on my car. Thank you!!
