Went there over 4th of July week a few times and what a great time!! Everyone was so great and all the equipment was sanitized and ready, they explained everything you need to know and make sure your experience is a great one everytime! My first kayak experience and I went alone since my "friends" backed out. Simple explanations and I had no real problems getting around. Thunder & lightning rolled in about 2 hours into my trip so of course I headed back. It got a little crazy and they sent some one out to look for me but by then I was almost back and not about to punk out then! Lol. All 3 staff members made sure to ask me if I was okay and I was SO much ok! I loved it and though the lightning was absolutely a concern, just made the experience better for me.... read more
We had an amazing time! I brought my Girl Scout troop from Cleveland and it was perfect. The staff was so accommodating and knowledgeable. The process of disinfecting the boats and life jackets was seen in person and they were thorough which settled my paranoia lol. Owners were great with Customer Service as well when booking! Thanks again!
