I originally posted my review 8 months ago. I'm editing it to show that I stand by what I said before. If you are able to go elsewhere (or take whatever loved one elsewhere) then you probably should. Just because they changed their name doesn't mean they aren't still the same abusive and neglecting organization they were before. They even had to lie and cover up a bunch of stuff to sell their pit of an apartment building that anyone can tell the new owners seriously regret. Clients get ignored. Honestly, it was great when I started but the past year they nose dived. My provider randomly left BMS and I didn't find out until my appointment and I was rescheduled with someone I didn't know. I loved my first recovery coach but she left to go back to school, however my new one has failed in every way. I saw her once in person and ever since then I haven't been able to get an appointment. The last two in a half years that I went there before I flat out quit. My last case manager would always tell me "If you need anything, just give my a call", therefore I would call her when my mental status was lowering. It would 95% of the time, be a week later to a week in a half, before she would return my call. When I needed her the most, she was not there for me.For the most part, every time we would meet she would tell me "You Got This", when I needed her help working through situations the most

I need to get out of BMS. It has always been awful but even worse since Covid started. I have been in constant crisis. The CNP I see spends four minutes with me every two weeks, forgets refills and new prescriptions unless the latest one came from the vendor. She hasn't ordered Labs for years, has cut me off cold turkey of a medicine that helps my severe anxiety. Doesn't care about side effects butonly about sleep.
