Thank you West river apartments. It's been an amazing 3yrs with you guys. You are so welcoming to our family. We will miss your monthly get togethers that you do. The staff and maintenance are incredible. I'd highly recommend you to anybody who wants to find an apartment this is the place to be. They keep the place well maintenance during the summer and also during the winter you are never snowed in. Thank you for being amazing and making our stay one of the best experiences ever.
Lived here for 3 years so far and the new ownership loves to jack rent in the middle of the year. Went from paying $750/month to $850 and I just found out they are raising my rent to $1000 I cant afford $1000/month when I can rent a 2 bedroom house with more square footage for the same price it's a absolutely disgusting practice. Lived here for 5 years and it's very nice place to live with nice property managers. However ever since they got new ownership they like to jack up my rent when I first moved in I was paying $780/month for my 1 bedroom now I'm going to pay $1000/month the whole reason I stayed here was the cost of rent was the cheapest in the area now they are becoming more expensive then all the other building's in Dickinson. Life is stressful enough without greedy property management companies trying to bleed you dry.
