they have the worst customer services rep, they are really rude, I told them that i will look for someone else they said good look we are the online one in town. they a billing me incorrectly but off course they blame my insurance company instead of repairing the problems and taking ownership
Met my doctor and his nurse before surgery and then I get sent a bill from a doctor I never met or was told would be in the surgery (added to the bill for a 20 minute surgery??)Was told by billing that was normal. So get ready to be charged double with this place for doctors that are just roaming the rooms and sending bills!!!!!
My interaction with West River has not been going directly to the main location but in dealing with many of their employees contracted to Monument Medical and occasionally speaking with an office person. I would have to say for the most part I’ve been satisfied and would feel more confident writing a better review if they were all as competent aside Frost
Improperly billing me.
i am retired and on limited Social Security. I've had a lot of physical problems in the last year and this company has been kind enough to take my small payments. Can't thank them enough !
