I e-mailed back and forth with Kris (the hospital manager) a few times the night before I brought our kitty to WRAH. I really didn't expect her to e-mail me into the evening hours but she did and was VERY helpful. I called this morning for an appt and they happened to have one open, so I brought in our cat and was immediately greeted with smiling faces and professionalism.
