After being a patient of this Dental Clinic for 15 years we are now changing to another Dentist not by choice but rather due to the incompetence of their clerical staff! Dentists were awesome but if you need your Insurance Company billed their staff is not capable to do this task correctly. Instead of retraining their staff on correct billing procedures the manager Simone chose to tell our family to go elsewhere. Not even certain the business owners are aware of the situation. So long!
I was in extreme pain and the staff and doctor were very empathic,caring and professional by getting me in on the same day and doing the dental procedure which was painless.I am so glad that I found this place.Kudos to the receptionists Allison and Simone,The dental assistant Sue and not forgetting the amazing Dr.Rahmani.Yiur team work and professionalism went above and beyond.You are on my number one list for dental needs for me and my family.
I had my third and final appointment with Dr Sep Rahmani today to complete the process in getting a permanent porcelain crown. These have been the most positive and enjoyable dental visits I have ever experienced. He was very thorough in explaining the process before and during the appointments. Prompt, gentle and very caring. Highly recommend Dr Rahmani. His attention to patient comfort is Gold Standard!
