RecommendedWas a great place to enjoy family meals the owners always made you feel welcome and pleased with whatever you ordered very courteous:) many years ago when I lived in Reading are used to always go there for breakfast and sometimes lunch. My brother had a hairdressing business in West Reading and he and I always heard something to enjoy at the restaurant . The West Reading diner was very well known in the area

Now called the American Diner and was remodeled looks alot nicer and cleaner food was a little better they have new waitresses in there that complain to much but it was ok
Just went to The new American Diner aka The West Reading Diner, excellent food and great service. I highly recommend this NEW DINER.
