I love the amenities and maintenance staff. I like that they aren't sticklers about the noise but will handle it if a complaint is filed. Can't wait to use the giant Jumbotron

West quad has been a wonderful place to live at during my senior year. Anthony and the rest of the west quad staff have been extremely helpful and were always there whenever we needed anything. The pool, gym, and other amenities are also a huge plus!
West Quad is an awesome place to live with so many amenities and upgrades in the apartments. The jumbotron is awesome in front of the pool for parties and events. The management is great they are informed and help in any way they can. I have loved living here and recommend anyone who wants to be at the "it" place on campus to stay here it's great!
Anissa has really helped to make my experience at West Quad the best it can be. Even on days when she's not working she still makes herself available to help me. She even helped me get my bedroom door unlocked on New Years Eve when a guest accidentally locked it with my keys inside and the emergency/on-call staff wouldn't answer the phone. Now that's customer service. If west quad hired a whole staff that was as helpful, friendly, and fun as Anissa they would never have another complaint again.
