Customer service here is above and beyond the call of duty! I needed a very simple thing done and when other companies wouldn't even return my phone call, West-Pro plumbing not only returned my call but made sure I got the part I needed. Anyone with this much integrity I would be calling for ALL my larger projects and plumbing needs. They truly care about their customers.

Rick at West-Pro Plumbing. Hands down the man you need to know for all your plumbing needs. Came at 11pm on the start of Canada Day long weekend when no one else would, litterly no one else he was the last person I called. Hopefully I won't have to call him again but if I need a plumber he will be the first one I call. Thank you again Rick
