The whole experience is one of a deep holding. Jessica has a mosaic of modalities that are grounded in the intuitive and practical/scientific. The idea of healing is both reframed and something possibly a lot closer then I thought. I can see myself being a client of theirs for quite some time.

I saw Jessica for Visceral Manipulation. They have a clear energy and a grounded presence that is soothing a reassuring. Jessica's knowledge of anatomy and sensitivity of touch make them one of the best practitioners I have worked with. Their work on my organs brought me into an improved postural alignment that I could feel on the table. From the get go, you can tell Jessica is very knowledgeable in her specialty. She began by working on my head which calmed my whole body and then used her hands to listen to where my body needed attention. We spent some time working on my lungs, upper chest, my abdomen. I would highly recommend Jessica for anyone that is looking for something more technical and focused, gentle yet effective. I felt like I could breath better afterwards, was having gut problems and those got a lot better too.
