I had called a few roofers over the weekend that let me down. All of them. Come Monday morning and i was referred to WP by a colleague. I explained the situation. A building that i manage as a contractor had a leak and sourcing out a roofer for a temporary repair had been challenging. I received a call back from Scott Jenks. A company of true compassionate professionals, while my wife was on her way home in her mobility scooter, it died and she was stuck. Scott drove by and helped her get her scooter and herself home safely. While this review might not speak to the work they do or even the company. Terrible service. Came to look at my mother’s roof and didn’t lift a thing to find out where the leak was. After 30 min of standing on the roof, my mother was asked if there was a man around they could speak to. Only my mother owns the home. No communication to her, the homeowner, just an invoice that said not repairable, replacement only. Found a contractor who is fixing the leak for a fraction of their replacement estimate. Disappointed.
