It was disappointing that I was not able to work something out other than a voucher. The only reason I booked was to see my goddaughter graduate. That won't happen and now I have a voucher that I am unlikely to use as there will be no reason for me to travel to West Point, NY. My state has just extended the shut down through June 12, I am also in two of the high risk categories for travel to Covid-19 areas. Give refunds to families of 2020 graduates whose graduation was cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic. As a West Point mom, I will remind people every year of whatever you decide. As of now, you have refused refund because they did not inform you two months in advance when there was no way of knowing what was coming. You rely on West Point families- make this right!
Clean with a friendly staff.. Very close to West Point , Bear Mountain, and other historical interests.

I am not used to motels, but to sleep is very good.
It had a musty smell. I will not recommend it especially if you are a light sleeper. I heard from the car doors closing to people walking upstairs to people flushing their toilets. Bad experience...
