They haven’t updated any of their locations nor phone numbers or the doctors that they provide. I got a nasty reply phone call to the voicemail I left asking for someone to please call me so I can get my prescription. I don’t typically do bad reviews but this lady was so nasty I just cannot leave here without letting yall know what type of customer service you will be receiving from this specific center. My primary physicians office is here, the staff, and entire process with appointments is unbeatable. Dr. Baez is highly educated, experienced, and the most professional internist, and warmly compassionate gentleman I have had the opportunity to meet. I was his personal office nurse several years ago and now I have the privilege to be his patient. I am most confident that my healthcare has been given this adventageous opportunity.
