Used car buyers beware! I have debated at length on whether or not to write this review, mostly because I am embarrassed and feel like I was fooled. I am shocked that this is a top Lincoln dealership and amazed that they have positive reviews after our experiences. We ended up buying a car with Westpoint since they had what we needed but we have shopped them twice and have never had a good experience as a customer or potential customer. Since I bought my car in late January, I have not received a reply to any of my emails about my sales and car pick up experience. I sent the emails to different people including the GM, Sales GM, and Internet Director. We worked with Mike Bankston who was nothing short of awesome! The whole process was quick and easy. He even drove 45 min to pick up my car and give me a loaner for some scratches that they had agreed to fix! Great customer service, I would recommend buying from here! Mike was awesome, thank you!
