Used car buyers beware! I have debated at length on whether or not to write this review, mostly because I am embarrassed and feel like I was fooled. However, I want others to be aware of what happened to us. In spring of 2022, we bought a used, low mileage Lincoln Navigator Reserve from Westpoint Lincoln. Just want to share my current experience. Had a great experience purchasing my certified preowned 2017 Lincoln MKC on 12/15/19. I was assured countless times that the vehicle went through a rigorous process ensuring all features work and the vehicle was worthy of certified status. Unfortunately my driver seat will not heat and worse service is backed up until January 2nd. My salesman has not contacted me directly instead had service reach out to me. I expected better.
