Fantastic service from start to finish!! Service rep Kaitlyn and Technician Harry are beyond kind, thorough and honest! We were told by another place that we needed a new engine (10K). We came for a 2nd opinion and Thank Goodness we did. They gave us 2 options with the first being a much cheaper solution (hopefully), but made no promises that it would be the final decision. DO NOT GO HERE. I would highly suggest suggest going to a differnt dealer. I bought a brand new f450 from them. I also purchased every single warranty option that they offered. 2000 miles after having this truck the tires were cupped. I brought it to their attention at 2,000 miles, their solution to the problem was to email forward and see if any other 2024 F450 has had the same issue.
