Great people and great experience and everybody needs to buy from west point ford.
I requested a horrible squeak in the front end of my F150 be fixed. I was told the problem was both left and right inner and outer tie rods and the control arms on both sides. In addition, it was recommended I replace my tires, rear brakes and rotors. I opted to not fix the things not related to the front-end squeak (i.e. the tires and brakes). $2700 dollars later, I picked up my truck and heard the same annoying squeak on the way home from the dealership. Time taken for an Oil Change and Safety Inspection was reasonable and not very long. I enjoyed waiting in their cool, clean, and comfortable waiting area. There was charging stations for your phones and tablets. Snack available nearby, clean facilities for your use, and entertainment on a large monitor while you wait. Checking out was a breeze and practically less than a minute. EVERYONE was friendly, smiling, and seemed genuinely happy to be working for West Point Ford in Virginia.
