amazing service four years at West Point Auto Spa they are Always able to mod my car and Put a smile on my face I drive away with excitement every time. and i love them highly recommended

Get rid of the employees and the owners, start over with happy people, When I redeemed my Groupon deal, I heard cursing in the back office. I felt very uncomfortable there, not welcomed. Front desk gentleman would not engage me, and made no eye contact, eerie. The eye contact that did occur, was creepy. Find another place.
When fully staffed they are great. But on a Saturday how can you manage with only 3 staff. It took over 45 minutes and I was so stressed, I didn’t get what I paid for tires were not done, inside windows, I was just happy to leave.
Just left there about an hour ago and they did a fantastic job on my Jeep!
