Dr Alara is warm, knowledgeable, attentive to patient and I have only praise for her interactions. Staffs are gentle and a pleasure to deal with them. I feel gratitude for being a patient of this clinic and particulary for Dr Alara and her kindness. Dominique
please be warned if ever you need to switch family drs from this clinic they will charge you $40.00 and will take their most leisurely time to send the files via the post on a usb stick that is password protected. good luck getting the password for those files, regardless of them being your personal medical files or having already paid the requested fees 2 weeks ago, the delays you will receive in your care and the suffering you will face as a result is of no concern to them.
Dr. Rana is nothing but fantastic! Easy to talk to, great care, quick referrals for specialist appointments. Follows up afterwards. Extremely knowledgeable and listens to my needs.
My entire family are under Dr. Bouls’ care and we have been very satisfied with his care. He goes above and beyond. He is thorough with his assessment and diagnosis. Coordinates with referrals accordingly. Very professional and is very straightforward. Also amazing with follow up care which is a plus! I just wish he offers video or phone consultations, too. Other than that, he is really great. The receptionists ame nurses are very helpful and nice too. Thanks, ladies!
