Purchased a new Caymas 18s from WPM and couldn’t be happier. The boat is everything Jeff said it was and more. He answered all my questions about the boat, showed us all the features and didn’t try to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn’t need. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would never do business with this company again. Last October, I purchased a used boat from them and was told it was winterized and would be ready to go the following spring. WRONG!!! I cost me almost $2,000 to,get the motor in running condition. Evidently the boat had set for so long that almost every part of the fuel system was in horrible shape. The mechanic that worked on it said he had never seen such horrible fuel left in the tank. So many parts had to be replaced. West Plains did send a new fuel pump but it was not ... read more
I ordered my new Lowe FM1675WT from Jeff and it came in as promised and in perfect condition. I have been so impressed by the post purchase customer service. Jeff answers all of my questions and has worked hard to help me get just the right prop for the set up of my boat. Definitely worth the drive to West Plains, even if there is another dealer closer to home.
We recently purchased a boat and Jeff was extremely helpful. Although it was after hours, the guys stayed around to be sure that there were no problems getting everything hooked up and ready to go. Any time we've had questions they've been quickly answered. We definitely recommend West Plains Marine and will continue to go there for all our boating needs,
