Small hometown pharmacy in a big city. The staff and pharmacists treat you like you are the only customer. They are a blessing to all that they serve.

Mitch is one of the nicest pharmacists I have ever dealt with. (and I have been to pharmacies aplenty for the past 14 years!!) When you walk inside you are recognized and greeted with a warm "hello." I use to go to another pharmacist inside Lewis Gale and if you got a warm hello you were fortunate, even after years. West Pharmacy is also able to do compounding, which I needed. It was just a great experience overall and I want others to know about it!!

They really do go out of there way to help with every thing they can. And they treat you with respect no matter what you are being treated for.

This couple, Mitch and Kathy are absolutely wonderful. They are on time, caring, and know what they are doing. They go out of their way to be of service to their customers, and their service is quick, and accurate. They are also patient when I may have to call a few times in a row. ; ) .... or when I need transfers to another state. They aren't just pharmacy workers, but give kind fellowship to the people that come in. Great people. The level of service is outstanding . Much better service than the big box competitors with comparable pricing. I highly recommend West.
