Should be a negative number. I can’t figure out how to talk to a human!!  We had a scheduled power turn off this morning and miraculously WPP showed up. But, no one is coming to turn it back on.  Can’t believe this company exists.

We've been trying to get this company of incompetent idiots to do something about our lines for 10 years. The power goes out constantly and they pretend to look at something. Then the power goes out 4 days later. Everything in Pennsylvania is run like a communist country. The government is filled with idiots and it effects everything.

West Penn Penn Power is the worst customer service by anti e ever they shut your service off with no notification I have severe medical conditions that require my electricity when you call you are put on hold for well over an hour if you want called back to save your place in line they never call back being an amputee who dies not drive I can't go to their office They shut off my service and 2 days after I got it turned on they taped a shut off notice on my door This is total harassment plus tried many times to get on webs... read more

Was without power 3 1/2 days. Was originally told they would get to me within 4 hrs. Live on a dead-end road 6 families online affected. Four families are senior citizens two of which are on oxygen! We all have well systems for water, when power goes, we cannot flush toilet, drink water etc. The phone system is also connected to electric. It goes when electric goes. I have had nothing but good luck with this company, When I need to call they are always professional and friendly. Sometimes their Que gets busy, but they call me back when it's my turn. The rates, to me, are good, I'm from Fl, so the difference in rates is much lower than Fl. I am in Pa. now and glad they are my electric company, and their online website (first energy) is very user friendly. Thank you West Penn Power.

Two of your service people, Matt Fontanazza and John Pawlowski, responded to a service call at my house when a fallen tree limb took out my power lines. They were extremely professional and diligent, staying from 11pm to past 2 in the morning to get the job get done. Very, very appreciative of their excellent service and help.

I can't get a bill in the mail. I can't get a hold of a human to answer the phone. I tried to enroll on line bill paying and all Iget is third party asking for credit card information.???

Horrible customer service, came and put a new meter in the front of my house destroyed my bushes and shrubbery refused accountability and told me it was my problem. I have never seen a Company so out of touch with their clients. I would recommend a different energy provider.

If I could give this company 1/3 of a star I would, I cannot believe how this is still in business? Duquesne Light is so much more responsive then these people. WE as a consumer should be the most important. HIRE more friggin workers…. People more people through school so you actually have a line of work. Duq will put this company out of business but I hope it is sooner than later. In the MIDDLE of a friggin pandemic WEST PENN fucked us for 4 days straight and counting.
