A money Pit. Eat better, exercise, and you will lose weight. GLPs went up in price. Will cost you hundreds and they are not always readily available d/t the amount of obese folks/demand in the US...not to mention the side effects and needing to take it for the rest of your existence. Their apointment line is a joke. Was put on hold 2x for 30 mins each. When I did speak with someone he acted like he knew NOTHING!! You guys really need to do something about this. Your losing patients before they even get to meet your specialist.
Extremely difficult to schedule. The person had no time to answer or help me find answers to my questions. Very frustrating. I ended up going with UPMC due to this.
