The little extra money you pay is worth the peace of mind that you are getting a job well done. The staff has been nothing but accomodating to my questions and concerns about my vechiles. I really appreciate the follow up calls after a service has been done to make sure everything is working properly. I would highly recommend West Pearland Tire and Auto.
Call and Verify these Reviews There have been no returns to our shop because of the wrong fluid being put in a vehicle. Looks like a competitor is trying to stir up something. Always consider the source before taking these "reviews" seriously.
Great service, honest employees! This auto service shop is a very clean facility that offers everything from inspections to new tires. The employees are professional and helpful. They make sure you understand just what is being done to your vehicle and for what reasons. The also mail out coupons periodically so watch your mail! Its best to take care of your care and take it somewhere that will do a good job...you can trust West Pearland Tire and Auto!
Great, Honest Auto Repair We have been using this service center for a variety of needs and have always been pleased with the results. They are very prompt and will call you when your car is ready or you can wait in their comfortable waiting area.
Avoid these guys These guys are over priced and incompetent. I had the transmission serviced in our Dodge van and they used the wrong fluid. They claim to be "pros" I think not. If you want good service at a fair price in Pearland Texas go to Cornerstone Automotive.
Good Facility I think some of these reviews have been written by someone with something to gain by trashing this business. I am an amateur mechanic who comes from a racing family, so I'd know if these guys were tring to pull a fast one. They have always been honest with me, perforrm the work relatively quickly, and accept appointments. Thwy also brew GOOD coffee in the waiting room and have comfortable seating. Responsive & professional... I have taken my vehicle to West Pearland Auto & Tire on several occasions over the past few (4 - 5) years for mainly automotive work, i.e. water pump, starter, etc... & they have always been fast, professional and responsive. I am about to take my truck in for them to check an intermittent brake light warning and a noise in my front tire area (could be brake pads? or caliper?)... West Pearland Automotive & Tire These people were negligent with several of the services they were to do on two of our vehicles. The first one was regarding a new battery that I purchased from them. When it was four months old, I got stranded because of the installation of the battery. I called road side service and a friend of mine(her husband came with her). He was furious when he saw the cause of my car not running....the road side service person showed him two very bad battery cables and CORROSION on the battery and cabl... read more
Too Expen$$$ive I really like the guys who work there but they are way too expensive for Pearland!!! I had a tuneup cost over $300 and don't ask about a Check Engine Light job I recently had there. $400 for an O2 sensor job. I have never had any work done there that wasn't over $300 plus. They have a quick turnaround time but you really pay through the nose for that convenience. Find a good independent mechanic and commute with the wifey while your car is fixed next go-round!
