Dr P is good, his staff on the other hand is rude as all get out!!!
The NP I met with was nice. The front office on the other hand was very rude to me basically scolding me and belittled the NP while I was standing there. Also, they don’t return your call. The front office I would give a zero stars.
This place is honestly the worst. I am 20 years old with lifelong asthma and i have had bronchitis and pneumonia 3 times in the past 6 months. You never get to see pascual himself and their new nurse practitioner is incompetent. Although i did like Jennifer, the other one not so much. I’m fairly certain i have lung disease due to my CT scan showing leftover damage from my pneumonia. The office puts you on 20 mins hold while they talk and watch videos on their phones.
