1st impressions are everything. I had no issues, wait time was on point and staff was friendly and helpful. I have my 2nd appointment 2day.
Good luck getting medical records from these people when you leave the state.I have made two attempts and my current pulmonologist has made one, all to no avail. Dr Pascual is a wonderful doctor, but even the best doctor should be avoided if he has an unprofessional and negligent office staff. Also, their phone system won’t even allow you to talk to the front desk and keeps on urging callers to leave a message. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
