I definitely recommend living in West Park Villas and specially go check out Katie Jimenez she helped me out with all the things I needed for getting my apartment, she’s very patient and cares about her customers.
Jennifer is the best leasing agent and I love the residents and the pool is nice, maintenance responds fast, cleaning crew keeps everything clean. I have had no issues really. I feel safe and apartment is cozy. Neighbors/residents are good.
I just moved in here and will update when I move out but the whole move in process went by really smoothly. The whole front office staff were really helpful and kind, they kept me updated every time I reached out to them and they were consistent with reaching out to me in a timely manner. Personally I am terrified of spiders and have had to deal with a lot of spiders moving in but I understand that’s what happens when there’s so many gorgeous trees and grass around. My husband and I have been living at West Park Villas for 7 months now, and we absolutely LOVE it here! This is our very first apartment together, and Jennifer made the move-in process so easy, smooth, and stress-free, which made starting this new chapter in our lives even more exciting.
