I'm absolutely disgusted with West Park prosthetic department as they have left me in the very bad way I'm stuck with a temporary prosthetic that does not fit properly it's causing me a lot of back pain they make me appointments to go in and have this fixed but they canceled the appointments at the last minute and have done this over and over again it seems as older laughing at me. Unprofessional prosthetic services resulting in agony and damages to my residual limb. They did not clean my fiber glass socket after grinding it, resulting in tiny, very hard to see and remove fiber glass pieces stuck to multiple places on my hands and residual limb. Very rude, lazy, dismissive, and impatient admin staff in finance department. I received a call about some financial request they need me to do, I ask for some details, they say it's "confidential"?? Then confirm my identity....but no. She just repeats herself.... read more
