Considering i came from east tennessee where they will let you die in there waiting room before treating anyone let me tell you this was a complete 180 and ive never been more impressed with any er staff from front to back your all amazing and I hope you all respectfully get a solid raise and a half because all of you do such an emaculant job , thank you.

I visited this Emergency Room in July. We were in from Florida when I got sick - scary sick. Once at the ER, check in was very quick and a PA student fairly quickly before the attending came in. Treatment was efficient and effective, with the attending PA assisting with getting the prescription filled late on a Friday before the pharmacy closed. Awesome hospital. Staff and doctors were great. My wife has a traumatic brain injury and is a quadriplegic. She aspirated & got pneumonia on the drive up from Mississippi. That complicated with the thin air caused her oxygen to drop. Everyone there was exceptional & got us on our way in a couple of days. Thanks, West Park Hospital.
