One of the worst hospital experiences. Not only was I forced to be there in the first place, I had nothing medically wrong with my just a crazy mother, then once as I was there rather than listening to me the nurses lock me in a room. They forced me to stay overnight when I shouldn’t have been there in the first place, worst of all they forced an injection in me, refused to tell me what it was, after I not only didn’t consent but I absolutely begged them to not put ANY shots in me. Absolutely a headache to deal with. Went in 3 years ago and had everything paid off and still sent me to collection. No one here knows anything about paper work and constantly fighting collections cause these people have no idea what that are doing. If you have a medical emergency, even if it's life threatening I would still take the time to drive up to Billings. Those people know what paper work is let alone what a piece of paper is. They even had to send me up to Billings because they "didn't have the right facilities" to ... read more

The nurses are amazing. I went here for a neck surgery and they treated me so well. The kitchen doors were great. There's nothing like a great after care. Thank you everyone at West Park hospital.
