Have previously went to two physicians at this practice. Had been a while since last apt. Staff couldn't figure out how to schedule a new pt apt, as if it was a big deal. Waited on hold for an hour, spoke to 4 incompetent office staff that all asked the same questions. Finally hung up and decided to find a new practice. Terrible service.
