Yes, their service is very customer friendly, they are kind, flexible, punctual, affordable and communicative. BUT, those characteristics did not help my cat’s situation. After 3 months of at least 4-5 visits, the vet’s treatment plan had a weak and short-lived impact. She changed the diagnosis twice and failed to notice that my cat had an ear infection all of those visits. I have the impression that she had a pre-conceived idea of how much I would be able to afford or do for my cat, placing Hermione (my 8 yr old Maine Coon)... read more

Great, efficient, and reliable! Dr oberto is amazing, welcoming, and warmhearted. You can tell she loves to work with animals. My dog isnt the easiest and she swiftly handles him with love and care, couldn't ask for better vet!
Dr. Oberto and their staff are amazing! They took us in on an emergency visit instantly and put our lab on a plan for recovery in a prompt manner. She also gave us a great deal on the cost of the treatment. Unlike other Vets I've been too. 5 Stars Celia xo
