We hired West Painting to paint the exterior and interior of my mother’s home in preparation of selling the house. I can not speak highly enough about our experience with the crew and Mark. They were all extremely friendly, punctual, neat and tidy. The job was completed in a timely manner and they even came back to do some touch ups after the sale of the house. Highly recommend this company.
It is my opinion that West Painting, Inc. is an untrustworthy contractor. The owner (Mark West) provided a quote, which I accepted, and then waited two months for him to start my exterior paint project. After stripping the paint off the front of my house Mark West advised me that he made a mistake/typo on his quote, and that the labor cost for my project would be double ($20K+ instead of $10K). Did a very good job painting exterior of our house a year ago. Inside was a different story. The painter in charge was difficult to deal with and more interested in finishing the job than doing it right. The owner, Mark, was defensive, disingenuous, and uncooperative when asked to correct poor workmanship. Would not hire again.
Mark and his team were such a pleasure to work with. They were quick, professional, and did a spectacular job.
