Dr. West takes on far too many patients. If life happens and you have to reschedule an existing appointment you have to wait 8 weeks for a new appointment, even if you do it a month in advance. This obviously is not great for ortho treatment. Unfortunatly it seems he is more about making money than taking care of his patients.
Dr. West and his staff are AMAZING. If you’re looking for a team of excellent staff who treat you like family and truly care about you, that’s Dr. West and his team. Highly recommend Dr. West! He has reasonable payment plans, a wide variety of services, and it’s easy to get in when you need to be seen. He fitted me for Invisalign and was honest about what to expect as an adult patient. He even transferred his work and my records to another orthodontist free of charge when I moved out of state. He did complimentary laser gum contouring right there in his office.
