My 13 yr old was very nervous about getting her braces and the pain and discomfort it might bring. But the minute she was done, she sat up and said "that was surprisingly painless". She selected a rainbow of colors for her wires and was really excited about how they looked when it was all done. The instruction they gave her on how to care and maintain them was very helpful and answered a lot of her questions about what to not eat and how to keep them clean after lunch at school. We just met Dr. West and the staff today as we transferred our son’s orthodontic care from California. What a beautiful office and the people couldn’t have been nicer.
Dr. West and his staff are very friendly and helpful. From the moment we walked in it felt right. My son feels so comfortable and it means a lot to me. I’m so glad we decided to go to them.
Great staff and an excellent orthodontist. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Also, the facility is really clean and new feeling. Dr West donated a set of braces to be raffled off at Jewett Elementary to help raise money for the school. When I heard about that, I decided to get my braces from him and before my second consult I actually won! Thanks so much Dr West! I am so grateful for you and your staff. You’re the best!
