No waiting, professional service and friendly. The Medford office is very efficient. We arrived 5 minutes before our appointment time and within 2 minutes, my daughter was called and taken back to a chair. Most of our appointments will be in the Brookings office. Same great experience out of that office as well!
We loved the friendly staff and all of the little extras that they provide! This is definitely a family friendly, top of the line orthodontist! Would definitely recommend!
Wonderful place to come!! Everyone works so well with my son, who has particular sensory issues. He feels comfortable and I know he is genuinely cared for. As a plus, we are never in the waiting room for long, in fact we never have a chance to sit for long at all. Not even time to check Facebook! �

Dr West gave me the beautiful smile I had always wanted. I went to him when I was pregnant with my daughter, now she's his patient. She got her braces on last summer and her teeth are already beautiful. The transformation is incredible. I wouldn't go anywhere else.....Dr West and his staff are amazing!
