All the staff at West orthodontics are so polite and kind. They always accommodate our schedule, and are so patient with the kids. I have two daughters that are patients currently. Vastly different plans of care, but the staff makes sure to explain everything to myself and the kids. We choose to drive into Medford from the coast. The quality of care from West Orthodontics is worth the drive.

My 13 year old daughter just got braces here and I was so blown away from how awesome this orthodontist office is! Everyone is super nice and they are very fast, they have a really nice waiting room but you are only in there for a few minutes lol Dr.West and his entire staff are so nice and professional. I highly recommend them!!! They are also way more affordable then I expected which was a huge plus also. They really have made this whole experience amazing.
My son got his braces on today I was amazed on how quick he was done. Dr.West has an amazing team, great customer service, super friendly, and also extremely affordable plans and them fresh baked choc chip cookies are to die for!!💜😁
