I had an in office appointment. Got to the office, waited about 20 minutes before going to the exam room. After another 10 minutes in there, a girl came to say the doctor will talk to me on the computer. I asked why didn't they tell me that earlier and i could've stayed home and do the visit on my phone. So I talked to the doctor on my phone, and the doctor didn't even apologize. Doctor went straight to talk about my blood work results. Until she finished, i got no apology for wasting my time and my gas.
