I'm super happy with the roof but super disappointed with Breanna! Please remember your customer service skills. She is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I would recommend the company, but after my conversation with her, I prefer not to. It's not a good look for your company. FYI, she's not collecting from me. Her issue was the insurance company. Needless to say, I'm the customer!
The representive, Francisco is the best! He made everything so easy for us..working with the insurance company and the roofers. Would recommend West Orange Roofing to anyone.
I was so impressed with this company. They replaced my roof without any hassle and kept me informed every step of the way. Billy McKinney, who is in charge of the project, was extremely professional, and very communicative. The job was done within a day, and the quality of work was outstanding I highly recommend them!!!
