Very nice place
Five stars really isn’t enough. The team and particularly Janita Kelly were so helpful throughout the whole process of enquiry, negotiation, sale, delivery and after care, it was incredible. Even though I live in Sydney, I would definitely get another car from West Orange Motors when I next need one. And the train ride from Sydney is a great way to get there, complete with Janita meeting us at the station and taking us to the dealership.
Their receptionists are terrible. Every time that I need to call them, they will "call me back." When? They could not tell (if it happened). Shocking service.
Below 0 stars. Without a doubt, the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I had a minor issue with my car covered under warranty, however everyone was so incompetent that it took nearly 3 months to finally fix it (after replacing the wrong part 3 times). Staff are intentionally evasive, agree with you without having any idea what they're talking about, can't keep records. No record of my car being there for an entire day. I have recently had dealings with Jake Peterson, Used Cars Buyer for Orange Toyota. The sale of our vehicle was a reluctant one, due to medical reasons. Jake showed great empathy in dealing with my husband and spent a large amount of time including him in the process and assisting him to gain a level of confidence in the deal.
