Below 0 stars. Without a doubt, the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I had a minor issue with my car covered under warranty, however everyone was so incompetent that it took nearly 3 months to finally fix it (after replacing the wrong part 3 times). Staff are intentionally evasive, agree with you without having any idea what they're talking about, can't keep records. No record of my car being there for an entire day. I have recently had dealings with Jake Peterson, Used Cars Buyer for Orange Toyota. The sale of our vehicle was a reluctant one, due to medical reasons. Jake showed great empathy in dealing with my husband and spent a large amount of time including him in the process and assisting him to gain a level of confidence in the deal. Elyse was so rude to me this morning when I was trying to raise genuine concerns about whether my service has been done correctly. Very poor customer service - I assume it’s because WOM have relinquished jeep and want nothing to do with it. Very disappointing given all I was requesting was for someone to simply have another look to check that the service (that I have paid to have) has been carried out correctly in light of my vehicle not feeling right.
Sales team was pretty good but when you have to deal with service team they are very rude and unprofessional, I lost one part after 2 weeks when they installed it and it’s been 3 times I dropped my car there and still not fixed and lady works there called herself Manager ( not sure)Brianna , she doesn’t listen to the customer and very rude behaviour, she should not doing the customer service
Recently purchased a bt50 from these guys, service was excellent no issues at all thank you guys definitely recommend them
