I have been going to see Dr Mercado since 2002, I love him but the office manager has dragged this place down, Jennifer Wolf has made it impossible to get a referrals or my medication, the answering machine stays on the whole day from open to closing and she will not call you back.! She can't handle the job! So now I must seek out a new pcp, so 😔

Awful. My mother in law has a uti. We tested it at home with the test strips. She can hardly walk and cannot get into my car. They still want to test her urine before they send the medicine. I’m suppose to drive to the office with a cup full of pee. Not even a closed container. They should be more understanding. Now I have to go back. Wait till they test her pee and then finally get the medicine. If I lived far I would just go somewhere else.
Wow! Never have I ever experienced worse communication than at this office. They NEVER answer the phone and they NEVER call back. They say go through the pharmacy to get a prescription refilled and even that doesn't work. What does the front office do at this place? Nothing apparently. Please, don't make the mistake I did before going here and read the reviews. This has been a problem for YEARS!
This office has been one of the most frustrating healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. The biggest issue is communication. or rather, the complete LACK of it. No one ever answers the phone. Every call goes to voicemail, which promises a callback within 24–48 hours, yet I’ve been calling for THREE WEEKS trying to get a prescription refill and have not received a single response.
