Dr. Perfecto is such a competent and knowledgeable doctor, but the office staff is absolutely horrible. I’ve been waiting for an authorization since April to be sent digitally to my insurance… It has yet to be sent to my insurance and we’re in June. I’ve been calling and leaving voicemails and no one has handled this issue with urgency, instead I’ve been met with resistance and bad attitudes. They NEVER pick up their phones and I know they aren't that busy. Why aren't they picking up there phones when clients are calling (8 times today & no one picked up) and or why aren't they sending there referrals on time? Why?? Update May 2025 Dr. Perfecto & that Office manager Jennifer Horrible experience. If you value your health don't go here.I left their practice and found a more professional facility that I'm now happy with. Don't go here, especially not with Dr. Perfecto. They are very slow and not professional.
I love how doctor perfecto talk and treat me. He is very professional and sees beyond. But come on, I waited for a whole hour to be called by the nurse and to the doctor come to see me, and the office was empty that morning. I don’t have a whole morning to be waiting to just hear about my lab test that was done. I don’t want to change my Primary Care doc but if it’s always like that I will have too 😓
