Usually no issues but this last visit was terrible from start to finish. Its hard to get to the bottom of what happened because everyone I talk to from the business has a different version of what happened. Im up to 3 but they all have common threads. A volunteer was transporting my cat from exam room to boarding cages. (We were going through a move and thought a night or 2 boarding would be less traumatic.) Having moved into the area recently, we did not have a local vet. A friend was kind enough to recommend WOAH to us, and our first visit was for an emergency. Sadly, our dogs diagnosis was terminal, and we had to make the hard decision to put her down. Dr. Boen, Dr. Perez, and the rest of the staff were incredibly gentle with our dog, and caring, supportive, informative, and patient with us as we took the time to say goodbye. I've been dealing with Dr Bruno, Dr Perez, Dr Born, and more recently Dr Zamora for at least 15+ years. I have 5 cats that have been treated here since. Recently, A stray cat was sick and had to take to emergency and then to West Orange...she has gotten progressively better. I love this hospital! They still have her (Little Silver)...because I cannot take anymore cats....THANK YOU ALL FOR CARING FOR HER!
Excellent care and service! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!
