Great service all the time.
West Oil has been my fuel supplier for about 30 years! They also clean my furnace annually. Customer service has always been great, but, I have always appreciated Ann's kindness as the "front line" person. Thank you Ann!
My first experience with West Oil was terrible. In late November, I ordered roughly 150 gallons of oil for $622.77 but was charged twice, totaling over $1,200 during the holiday season. This double charge disrupted my holiday plans, including Black Friday shopping, paying bills, and maintaining financial stability. West Oil has reasonable prices (much much better than Suburban Propane) for both oil and for repairs, and their customer service has always been great.
West Oil was recommended to me by family members six years ago. It was the best decision I have ever made. They are absolutely the best in all areas. They go beyond and above in their deliveries, service calls and customer service. Thank you to ALL of you for all you do.
