Don't rent from 168-170 S Clinton Street EO NJ 07018. I went a whole winter no heat or hot water, they don't fix anything. The building is currently without water. When you hold onto your rent because they fix nothing they send you to court.They will make up bogus charges so they don't have to give your security deposit back. The apt I rented was clean when I left they only had to paint. There's rats, roaches, and bed bugs. Renter beware DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY YOU'LL REGRET IT!!!
Overall complete lack of communication. They charge me an additional $550 for items that were not disclosed in the initial lease. This company will find ways to charge you additional monthly fees and take it out of your rent payment if necessary.
