All they do is undermine the property owners and mismanage their rents and money from the owners without putting a cent on repairs until the state inspector come to find out. Using the property owners money to take expensive trips to Is-real. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live—preferably somewhere that isn’t managed by this company. It took them *four months* to fix my apartment door, and at times, I was spending over an hour trying to get it open. When they finally came to address it, they showed up ridiculously late, and after I explained the issue, they arrived without a new lock—leaving my apartment unsecured and wide open. Terribly ran company. There is no one to reach out to for issues or concerns. All calls, emails and requests fall on deaf ears. This is an honest review, SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION, DO NOT ENTER AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COMPANY FOR ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES
Can't get maintenance into my unit I can't get ahold of the property manager or leasing manager maintenance department don't know what they're doing they came into my unit and took apart an outlet and left it apart had to fix it myself I'm putting my own money into my own repairs and they don't want to pay back what we put into the unit
This is the WORST property management company you’ll ever have to deal with. I’m not the type to leave reviews on businesses (you can check my profile) but I had to for this one. Please don’t waste your time and money with these people. They are inhumane, inconsiderate, incompetent, unprofessional, bad communicators. THEY WILL GIVE YOU HELL and play victims when you get frustrated.
