Overall complete lack of communication. They charge me an additional $550 for items that were not disclosed in the initial lease. This company will find ways to charge you additional monthly fees and take it out of your rent payment if necessary.
They never answer I been a tenant for years just recently been calling and emailing for over 2 weeks for an issue and no answer or call back. The worst.
Do not rent! These people are experts at scamming ($50) application fee out of you knowing well the apartments are already taken,even if you are approved for one of their rat/roach infested apartments you will never hear from them again after you give them the deposits/rent money. Save yourself the headaches and arrogant attitudes from the staff and take your business elsewhere✌🏼
