Acabo de mudarme a su nueva propiedad en Plainfield: excelentes servicios, piscina, gimnasio, etc. El edificio está limpio y los inquilinos han sido muy amables.

I’ve lived in a west of Hudson managed property in Newark the past 4 years. No complaints at all aside for elevator being out for 4 days last year. Building is well maintained and they have security service, super etc
All they do is undermine the property owners and mismanage their rents and money from the owners without putting a cent on repairs until the state inspector come to find out. Using the property owners money to take expensive trips to Is-real. He pays employees peanuts, and no health benefits, no insurance, working them around the clock doing nothing, but buying un-necessary stuff from property owners account at home depot.
