West Hudson Properties has been a living nightmare. Since I’ve lived here I have been harassed by staff, the super, etc. I had to contact the state to get management to fix the issues. Clogged toilets, water damage, broken windows, consumer fraud, etc.
Lots of lies and problems with apartment from my understand and experience. Also sold building and the new company raised my rent without my signing or agreement, and this company ignored my request to provide a lease copy. Also cheated me on water bill and charged me more than my usage. Not cool
Don't rent from 168-170 S Clinton Street EO NJ 07018. I went a whole winter no heat or hot water, they don't fix anything. The building is currently without water. When you hold onto your rent because they fix nothing they send you to court.They will make up bogus charges so they don't have to give your security deposit back. The apt I rented was clean when I left they only had to paint. There's rats, roaches, and bed bugs. Renter beware DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY YOU'LL REGRET IT!!!
