ZERO STARS THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES. I feel the need to provide an update. Below, are my comments from 2022. It is now, April 30, 2025, and I’m beginning to think I need to involve the police! I’ve attempted to reach someone…. Anyone.. in management, to no avail. They have received over $3000 from the city of Philadelphia, that was to go towards rent, because they had me living in a unit with a hole in the bathroom ceiling, that I refused to pay for. This place literally sucks!!!!! They DO NOT answer the phone or respond to emails. I literally have been trying to contact them for me to submit payment of assistance and they don’t respond to me (tenant) and or the place attempting to help me. Gabriela, Tiffany and all leasing agents do not answer ever. The maintenance does not come out, I had to have someone outside to come fix my dishwasher and pay out of pocket because no one ever came out. They are not helpful at all.
Acabo de mudarme a su nueva propiedad en Plainfield: excelentes servicios, piscina, gimnasio, etc. El edificio está limpio y los inquilinos han sido muy amables.
I’ve lived in their Jersey City building for 3 years now. Everyone is helpful to me, no complaints!
