We paid for the boat safari tour. The boat ride was nice but it did not feel like a safari ride at all. We were told we were going to look for Dolphins and other wildlife. The boat ride was supposed to be 1-1.5 hrs base off of what the website said. It was only 45 min long. We did see wild horses from a far and 1 off spring. The boat driver took us out to the ocean for a very short time to "look for Dolphins" but then turned around to head back. I honestly don't think he put much effort in looking. We had another great experience this year. I added a review in 2023 after seeing so many dolphins. We take one boat ride each year and this is our go-to! We traveled on the pontoon boat with Shane (last year as well) and he is so fun, engaging, and has a great sense of humor. He will take you out to see as much as possible during your scheduled trip. Boat operator overfilled the boat by several people, "dock staff even commented on how overfull it was". Cramped, did not go out any route he had told us at the start of the trip. Could not see much/any of the island so no chance to look for horses, no ocean because the boat was overloaded. Took us into the marina and turned around. Operator was staring at his phone and texting the entire time. Would not recommend. Dont waste your money here.
Great friendly staff . We have been renting pontoon boats from them for several years . We also rented some jet ski was a great Father’s Day .
