Management talk to you with No respect, especially the DON.This facility is centered around making and saving money for the facility. Cna,s are not allowed to do overtime, even if the facility is short staff.No raises or bonuses are given. NEVER. Your check is never correct, and you have to fight for the money you work for

Seem to be a nice place on the 1st floor then we were moved on the 3rd floor. Most staff (CNA) on this floor are lazy and seem to be there for a pay check only not really caring for their patients and the staff blames the other shift of wrong doing a lot..... NOT ACCEPTABLE some staff need to be retrained or fired.

My mother was placed in this facility and after a few weeks the social worker, my mother and I all agreed she would not be able to return to independant living. The social worker assured me my mother would be able to stay on a long term basis under medicaid. I got rid of 95% of her personal belongings and brought all her clothes and a few personal belongings to the facility expecting Four Chaplains would be her last home before going home. My mother came to Four Chaplains first in August 2009 then back again in October 2009. Unfortunately we lost her in January 2010. I would like to say that I found Four Chaplains to be very high quality when it came to their staff, the cleanliness of the building, the admissions department and the great attitudes of those who work there. a great place for anyone who needs rehab or long term care! there staff is great and the residents are well taken care of. the people here actually care and are responsible and friendly. it is also now re-named Durand senior care and rehab for anyone who is confused.

My Grandmother has been in their care for nearly a week and I am truly impressed. The staff is professional and compassionate, endlessly patient and respectful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Top of the line in my opinion.
