Don't listen to the one-star reviews. I was a patient and technicians like Ms. Ray and Mr. Shannon from unit one took good care of us and even let us have community cigs to get through the pain. This is the best hospital I've been in and I went to Presbyterian-Westchester in the past.

Es el peor Hospital de psiquiatría en Houston, a los niños los tienen encerrados en condiciones insalubres , urge que el departamento de salud le haga una auditoria a este lugar porque es una perrera para los pobres niños enfermos y los tratan peor que animales.

Can never get any answers for my relative although I’m on the release form. Im to be contacted and updated but nothing. I’m currently attempting to reach someone and the phone and it just rings! My relative informed me they would be released today, however when I called I was told to call back! Been trying since. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and when she picked up she told me she was on another line and would call me back. One hour later NOTHING! THIS PLACE IS UNREAL!
This hospital turned away my son who suffers from Schizoaffective who was homicidal.
